Which Size Should I Choose?

The Arab size are different compared to European size. Abayas typically come in different lengths. Abayas are usually designed to have a loose and modest fit. Please see the Size tabel :

DELIVERY FAQ

Can I track my order with Track & Trace?

Yes, as soon as we transfer your order to the carrier you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code. Please note that the carrier must process the order first. After the carrier has received your order, you can normally track your order from the next working day.  Does the Track & Trace
code still not work? Please try again the next working day.

My order would have been delivered, but I have not received anything: what should I do?

Your order may have been deliverd to your neighbors. Check if a note has been left in the mailbox with the delivery information. Some delivery drivers no longer leave a note. Therefore, also check the Track & Trace code that you have received by e-mail to find out where your order is.

Is the package not with the neighbors, but you can see via the Track & Trace code that the package should have been delivered?

It is possible that the delivery person had unsubscribed but has not yet delivered. We suggest that you wait an extra workingday. Has it not been delivered the next day? Shoot us a message on Whatsapp Chat via +316 39 36 61 51 or e-mail us to info@dubaiyaofficial.com and we will help you.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

I want to change my abaya for another size. What can I do?

You can absolutely exchange your abaya for another size within 14 days (if it is on stock). Please fill in the form and put this inside the package with your abaya. Return your order to us unworn, undamaged and with the labels attached. Shipping costs are for the customer.

How quickly do I get my money back if I return an order?

As soon as we have received your return, we will immediately start working on it. We will process the return within 14 days aWer we received it.

I want to return my abaya. How does this work?

You can return your abaya within 14 days starting from the delivery date. Please fill in the form and put this inside the package together with the abaya.      The address you can find on the form. Return your order to us unworn, undamaged and with the labels attached. Shipping costs are for the customer.

What are your return conditions?

  • You can return your order within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Return costs are not covered by us.
  • Return your order unworn, undamaged and with the labels attached. We will refuse damaged and/or used items and return them to you.
  • You send your return at your own risk. Preferably use the original packaging. Otherwise, always make sure you have a sturdy packaging that you close  properly.
  • We cannot investigate any missing returns. It is your own responsibility to make sure the package comes safe to our warehouse.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

How should I properly care for and maintain my Abaya to ensure its longevity?

  • Wash: Handwash your abaya in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid using harshchemicals or bleach.
  • Drying: After washing, gently squeeze out excess water and reshape the abaya. Let your abaya airdry on a hanger. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources, as they maycause fading or damage to the fabric.
  • Ironing: Abayas are made from delicate fabrics. We recommend to use a steamer.
  • Spot cleaning: For minor stains or spills, spot clean the affected area using a gentle stain remover or a mixture of mild detergent and water.            Gently blot the stain ratherthan rubbing, and test the solu*on on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure itdoes not damage the fabric.
  • Tip: Remember it’s always advisable to consult a professional cleaner for specific care recommendations based on the fabric and design of your abaya.
